1. Reservations

        • All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by the hotel.

        • Guests must provide accurate information during the reservation process, including full name, contact details, and expected arrival/departure dates.

        • Group bookings or events may require advance notice and special arrangements.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

        • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

        • Check-Out Time: 12:00 NN

        • Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and applicable charges.

        • Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

3. Payments

        • Room rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

        • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate type.

        • Accepted modes of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, and authorized e-wallets.

        • A security deposit may be requested upon check-in, refundable upon check-out, subject to room inspection.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

a.) Downpayment and Reservation

    • All downpayments are strictly non-refundable; however, they may be applied as a credit toward a future stay, subject to the terms and conditions of our policy.

b.) Non-Refundable Rates / Promotions

    • Bookings made under special promotions, discounted rates, or non-refundable offers cannot be canceled or refunded.

    • Any modifications to these bookings are not allowed.

c.) Early Departure

    • Guests who shorten their stay after check-in will still be charged for the entire reserved period.

d.) Group Reservations (3 rooms or more)

    • Require at least 14 days’ notice for cancellation.

    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in a forfeit of the downpayment.

e.) Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events

    • In case of emergencies such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond the guest’s control, the hotel may allow rescheduling of the booking, subject to availability.

    • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

f.) Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method used.

5. Damages and Losses

      • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused intentionally or through negligence.

      • Costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

      • The Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Rooms are not equipped with safety deposit boxes; guests are responsible for their valuables.

6. Guest Responsibilities

      • Guests must comply with all hotel policies and local laws.

      • Conduct should be respectful to fellow guests and hotel staff at all times.

      • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the stay.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited within hotel premises:

        • Smoking inside guest rooms or enclosed areas.

        • Possession of illegal substances or items.

        • Unauthorized commercial activity, photoshoots, or media recording.

        • Loud noise, disruptive behavior, or use of speakers in public areas.

        • Bringing pets unless in designated pet-friendly rooms (subject to pet policy).

8. Liability Disclaimer

        • The hotel shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from accidents, delays, or force majeure events.

        • Use of facilities (e.g., pool, fitness center, event spaces) is at the guest’s own risk.

        • Guests agree to indemnify Damara Hotel against any claim arising from their stay.

 9. Privacy and Data Protection

        • Guest data collected during reservations or stays is handled with utmost confidentiality.

        • Information will only be used for operational, billing, and service improvement purposes.
